I am so sorry for not getting a card off to you but will get at it right away…I will get to this but in the mean time, thank you again for taking care of my precious Magi and Athena. To many deaths in two months. I am having a very hard time with this. Knowing people like you, is so wonderful. You helped me so much, just visiting while little Magi took a different form.

Mark, thank you for being you and for helping those in such great need for comfort. You know, just as Thor is to you, they are not just pets to us, they are like our little children.

Thank you for answering me so quickly. I appreciate that you are treating Tiger as the beloved pet he most certainly was, and it does help to know that a caring person is taking care of him now. My loss is immeasurable, I do so appreciate that you got as much hair for me as possible as I was so upset with myself that I didn't think to do it. Thank you so very much for helping me through this. Let us hope Thor and Tiger are playing together and waiting for us to join them someday. It's a comforting thought.

Good morning Mark,

Thank you so much for taking such prompt care of our dog Maggie last Friday. Getting her cremains back so quickly was a very big step toward closure.

I am grateful my vet gave me your brochure. You were so helpful and kind to speak with and your honesty about the cremation process was reassuring. You can be sure that if any of our friends need the service you offer we will be highly recommending Memorial Pet Services. Your compassion for what we were going through at such a sad time was in many ways comforting knowing you had been through the same situation yourself. Also appreciated was your listening to me tell you all about Maggie. Don't ever change your wonderful attitude toward folks going through such a stressful time.

I've been looking at the wood urns you offer. We are still deciding whether to spread Maggie's ashes in the woods or keep them. I'll be in contact if we choose to keep her with us.
