Kind words from our Pet Parents and Veterinary Partners

We lost our Boxer very suddenly. Memorial Pet Services was absolutely awesome to work with. They were very concerned about making sure Jax was cared for. They never tried to upsell us or tell us what they wanted. They speak of your pet in the present , not in the past tense. Jessica is an asset to MPS and obviously really cares about your best friend and you! Thank you!

As I write this review, I am still mourning the loss of our 14 year old dog, Hayley. My husband and I were headed from Chicago to the Madison area on Saturday, when our little one became unexpectedly ill. The loss of such a constant and loving part of our family was so extremely difficult and it will take time for us to grieve appropriately. The good news in all of the sadness and chaos, was Memorial Pet Services and Susan. They understood that we didn’t want to leave town without our precious Hayley. Susan was so caring and compassionate - you could tell that she really understood the pain that comes with losing a family member. Susan went over all of the paperwork and cremation options before allowing us to see Hayley one last time. This was very important to me in the grieving process. I truly felt like Hayley’s body was going to be treated properly on the next journey.

I highly recommend Memorial Pet Services. They handled the services and cremation for two of our dogs and each time the professionalism, care, and personal touch was there at every level. The staff is extremely kind and caring for the pets and their owners. The respect shown is very evident and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. I cannot say enough about this place. A+ all around and then some. They are simply amazing.

I just wanted to take a minute to email you guys concerning the work you did for us with the recent passing of a cat we had named Izzy. This was the first time we used you directly. In the past we had used Dr. Kristi Arnquist from Homeward Bound and she acted as an intermediary for us. This time we brought our cat to you ourselves, since she passed at home and Doc Kristi, who is wonderful, wasn’t needed. Anyhow, not knowing what this was going to be like, from the first moment of contact your staff, and I wish I could remember the woman’s name we dealt with as she specifically was great, we had the best possible experience given the circumstances. Hopefully your records will note who she is, as she received us warmly, with kindness, and consideration. She took the time we needed, and made the process one of respect and dignity. Nothing less. The final process was quick, fees were as expected, and presentation was profession and appropriate. We also received your customized condolence card in the mail, which took us by surprise but was very much appreciated. There is no other way to put this but, I hope to never have need for your services again. Although I know I will someday and my wife and I can at least know that part of the loss process is one we do not need to worry about. Thank you for your service and consideration. You’re doing what you do, very well, please keep it up.
